This is the website of the independent, federal co-Monitors appointed under the Agreement between the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”), the City of New York, and the New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”), dated January 31, 2019. The Monitors do not represent any of the parties to the Agreement and cannot represent, or provide legal advice to, individual NYCHA residents. This website is owned and maintained by the Monitors and is not owned by, or affiliated with, NYCHA.
